Non-Refundable Policy for Hair Extensions & Styling Products

1. No Refunds
All sales of hair extensions and styling products are final. We do not offer refunds on any items purchased.
2. Store Credit or Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option for store credit or an exchange under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
- The hair extensions must remain in their original packaging (including bundle wrap) and cannot be opened, used, or altered in any way.
- The item must be mailed back to us within 7 business days of receiving the product. The return must be postmarked within this timeframe for it to be eligible for a store credit or exchange.
Important Notes:
- Once the packaging is opened, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card that can be used on future purchases.
- Exchange items will only be processed once the returned product has been inspected and deemed to meet our return criteria.
3. Exceptions
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for final sale or discounted items.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at tsextensions@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt for assistance. We will review your case and offer a resolution.
4. How to Return or Exchange

- Once your RA# is provided, carefully package your item and mail it back to the address provided in the RA instructions.
- Ensure that the return is postmarked within 7 business days of receiving the product to be eligible for a store credit or exchange.
